Regular:

A regular box size will be 7+ pounds per month, the first Wednesday of every month, starting November 7th for six months. Depending on how you cook, this will be at least 18 servings or over 4 servings a week. The subscription is $65 per month.

Large:

A large box size will be 14+ pounds per month, the first Wednesday of every month, starting November 7th for six months. Depending on how you cook, this will be at least 36 servings or 9 servings a week. The subscription is $120 per month.

One-Time Pickup:

NEW! For fall 2018 we are offering a one-time pick up option. This is the same delicious local meat and variety included in the monthly share, but in one pick up in mid-November in Missoula. If you have enough freezer space, and find you can't make the monthly pick ups, this option could be for you. The one-time share is 42+ pounds and will be $400. Delivery to your local community (within an hour of Missoula) is possible with at least 5 customers. Let me know where you are! Let's make it happen!

  • How much is 42 pounds of meat? The box size will be at least 16" x 22" x 9". (See the How It Works page for photos.)

Sustainability is important to me, especially when it comes to food, which is why I signed up for Mountain Meat Shares in the first place. I love knowing where my meat comes from, and I take pride in supporting ag in our community. What I wasn’t expecting is how my skills in the kitchen have improved. I like mountain meat shares because I can feel good about what’s in my freezer. The quality has been great, and I appreciate the vetting that Jen does. The small share has been just the right size for our 2 person household. Every cut of meat has been delicious. The extra wrap on the packages is great.
